8K Resolution over Longer Distances

PureLink GmbH presents long range 8K DisplayPort cable

To enable the bandwidth for 8K resolution to be transmitted over greater distances, PureLink introduces a new 8K DisplayPort cable as part of its " Install. Connect. Perform." campaign. PureLink now offers its 8K DisplayPort cables also in active versions ranging from 7.5 to 15 meters. Previously, PureLink's fully VESA certified PureInstall PI5010 DisplayPort 1.4 cables were available in passive versions up to 5 meters.

With an integrated signal amplifier, the longer 8K DisplayPort cables enable data transmission without compression or conversion. This allows signals of up to 32.4 Gbps (HBR3) including HDCP 2.2 to be transmitted, providing resolutions up to 8K UltraHD-2 at 60Hz. The high frame rates demanded by the gaming community can be realized by the PI5010 PureInstall series products over distances of up to 15 meters and are compatible with all features of DP 1.4.
