PureLink Launches New FlexInstall Series
We proudly announce the launch of its new FlexInstall series. The series offers exceptionally flexible, durable, and high-performance cables engineered to meet the demands of installations in tight spaces, such as equipment racks or behind flat-panel displays.
Ultra-Flexible Cable Jacket
FlexInstall cables feature a slim and flexible jacket, offering an excellent bend radius and compact cross-section thanks to advanced nano technology. Instead of a traditional shield, the outer substrate is impregnated with multi-layered graphene, which is extremely thin and aligned in varying orientations. This innovative structure enables easy routing in tight spaces while ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
EMI-Resistant Shielding
The graphene-based nanomaterial offers exceptional electrical conductivity and shielding properties, enabling electromagnetic and radio frequency interference to be either reflected or completely absorbed. This advanced shielding ensures that FlexInstall cables maintain reliable signal integrity, even in demanding AV environments.
Practical Connectors
The FlexInstall cables are fitted with compact connectors, enabling seamless integration into any system without occupying excessive space. The connectors include metre-markings and function-coding to facilitate easier cable management and identification. Detachable, colour-coded strain reliefs (available in six colours) offer the special flexibility to customise and optimise cable organisation without the need to purchase additional cables in multiple colours.
Installer Packaging
We're also introducing eco-friendly packaging for the FlexInstall series. The cables are available either in single packaging or in the new bulk InstallerPack, which contains multiple cables without individual wrapping to reduce waste. The InstallerPacks themselves are stackable and designed to serve as reusable storage containers. Thanks to innovative access flaps and cleverly designed pop-out tabs, the boxes can be connected to form a storage rack. This approach streamlines the installation process while minimising environmental impact.
